The central government during the Twelfth Five Year Plan, 67 new agricultural science centers in different States and Union Territories (KVK) has proposed the establishment. Currently assessment of agricultural technologies, their refinement and performance in the country, employs 610 Krishi Vigyan Kendra. With this center to train farmers through its extension programs also provide information about the latest agricultural technologies. New Krishi Vigyan Kendra has been to identify the location. As proposed 10 new KVK will be set up in Rajasthan.
