The black basketball player Saidi Rubeya, citizens in Sweden, stole another person's bag from inside a locker room at a gym in Umeå. The bag contained, among other things, a cell phone and clothes. Rubeya admits theft but denies criminal curiously.
Deeds: Saidi Rubeya has wrongfully taken a bag containing among other clothes and a cell phone that belonged to the plaintiff. It happened Feb. 4, 2014 at dragoon Sports Centre, Signal Path 3 in Umeå. To grip meant harm. Rubeya committed the offense with intent to steal.
