In 2013, five SOS Children's Village Association of Estonia conducted a survey with the aim of mapping and wsxvanalüüsida Estonia substitute care services in compliance with the UN children's substitute care guidelines, and to discover bottlenecks, which should in future pay more attention to in order to help children and families who have been left without parental care. The analysis oa has been prepared based on national oa development plans and other strategic documents, policies, regulations, monitoring documents, social studies and policy analysis, and national and official statistics.
Results of the study is an overview of what preventive services are available in Estonia, and how effective they are in order to ensure the child's right to grow their own biological family. The survey results will also provide an overview of the child-friendly and safe alternative care services in Estonia, oa what are the bottlenecks and see what the needs of the people who deal with children without parental care.
15:00 to 16:30 Discussion, during which we discuss the results of the study, as well as listen to what plans the Ministry of Social Affairs in relation to the development of the concept of alternative care. Also, all are welcome speeches regarding the topic of alternative care.
