With this fourth subtitles tip, we ended (at least for now) the series of posts about the new wave of cafés "hipsters" - read the first post in the series to understand our concept subtitles of "hipster coffee."
The KB CafeShop (formerly Kooka Boora) is in the eye of the hurricane "young hipster scene" Parisian high of 9ème arrondissement - you should remember that we talked about the Corner of Rock, in the same region. We are in the beautiful Avenue of Trudaine that avenue despite being called, is more of a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood street. This area is adjacent to the 9ème to Montmartre, but little frequented by tourists, who generally go toward the Sacré Coeur, and not "down". The KB is on the corner of Trudaine with Rue des Martyrs, which has a trade authentically Parisian neighborhood with cafes, florists and épiceries. In summary, the area around the coffee worth the ride.
The KB itself is full of gringos who live in Paris, mostly students and - for some unknown reason - women. The space is small but well distributed so as to accommodate the largest possible amount of McBooks - and an advantage over other "hipsters cafes" in our series is that it is full of outlets to plug in phone and computer. As for the coffee, it's the same pattern "gourmet" of the other. Expensive coffees, between 4 and 6 euros, but done to perfection. The food choices are few, but the brownie is great.
In the cost-benefit is the best among all the cafes listed here to take your notebook and work - as the Lomi has not taken, Cafeotheque not have wifi and Craft charge for internet time. In KB has it all, and all for free.
